OISS is proud to administer the International Sponsored Student Program (ISSP). The ISSP serves as a central liaison between the student, sponsor, and University offices for students who have already secured sponsorship for their studies at MSU.

In this section you will find information about who is considered a sponsored student, who the sponsors and sponsor agencies are, and how MSU departments can best help these unique and exceptional scholarship recipients.
